The Bersa CC is 6" long, 4.54" high and 1.05" thick. It weighs 16.4oz without the magazine. It is 0.8" longer, 1.04" higher an 0.28" thicker than the Kel-Tech and weighs almost twice as much. To me, this is a plus. The gun is still very concealable, but its much more pleasant to shoot. The Kel-Tec is so tiny that its hard to grip and it has so little mass that the recoil is very snappy. For me, this results in sore hands after about 50 rounds. Its size is both the only thing going for it and its biggest liability. The reason I am recommending the Bersa over the Kel-Tec so strongly is that the original post said the gun would see lots of range time. The Bersa is infinitely more pleasant to shoot at the range and more durable. I think the Kel-Tec has its place, but the range ain't it.
