I just bought a convertible so I ride with the top down. Pananoic that I am, do any of you remember when the "Hijacker" holster or whatevever it was came out? It was only good for sitting down and put the gun cross draw and quickly accessible.
The other day a was sitting at a light (not in the vert) and I see in my mirror the guy behind me suddenly jump out of his car. I immediately grabbed for the gun "just in case". Kinda difficult with the seat belt. Turns out he ran off somewhere and his passenger took over the wheel. It was by the courthouse though which looks like skel central sometimes. That area is getting worse like this is something new.
I'm left handed and usually carry my Model 65 over my wallet on my left side. I don't think that holster was made for lefties. Any suggestions on a holster that can be slipped on the belt on the right side cross draw? This way I can transfer the gun back and forth entering and leaving the car. Or am I just nuts?
