I know, I've seen a couple of these threads, and they get closed because people don't know yet; they are researching things still. That's fine, I just have something I'd like examined when you look it all over.
The scope of the Red Flag laws, is that going to be limited to people you know, or come into interactions with? Or is it broader?
I just had a silly little thought- online ammo purchases, and shippers. I just had to return a case of Geco 9mm for the recall, I contacted Fedex to determine how exactly to ship this back. The lady (Fedex) I got on the phone was very helpful, but when she transferred me over to someone else to schedule my pickup, she specifically told me not to tell that next person what the package was, as it would make him "nervous".
That made me wonder-
If Fedex can get nervous about shipping ammo, can they also get nervous about people who receive multiple ammo shipments? Can someone say "uh oh, that person has gotten 4 cases this year, that's a lot and I better report it?" It sounds crazy, but again I have no idea what would constitute the limits of a red flag.
Thanks for anyone who's reviewing things, who might come across this notion.
