Another SBR question

Have you had one rejected for this? I have heard this several times lately but I have not heard of anyone actually getting rejected.

Way back you could put "multi" for the length and they would take it.

Then they started rejecting those.

The last one I did listed out several lengths specifically and they took it.

But I have yet to see anyone personally have one rejected for including more than one length or caliber.

Not saying they won't but so far I hear the story but have not had anyone confirm it.
I personally have not been rejected. That said,it is public knowledge that their fix-it it form one of the check-off fields instructs applicants to correct their form to indicate a specific bbl length and OAL.

Nothing is easy anymore is it! You would think it could just be registered as a SBR/less than 16 inches without having to list an actual length, but I guess Big Brother "needs" to know huh?

No, you are applying to make and register a SPECIFIC firearm. When you are building a specific firearm; you know the configuration that you intend on building it into (first off). The fact of the matter is, details like caliber, bbl length, OAL can have an impact in whether a form could legally be approved or not.
