The new Bond (Daniel Craig) is a real bright one. In a recent quote of his he talks about why he hates handguns:

"...Bullets have a nasty habit of finding their target and that's what's scary about them..."

Taken from here

"I hate handguns. Handguns are used to shoot people and as long as they are around, people will shoot each other."

Shotguns and rifles, on the other hand, are merely used for joyful celebrations.

Noticed a trend in Bond actors.......

The mediocre ones (Roger Moore and now Craig) share the same flawed perspective on firearms.

Thanks in advance - I won't waste my money on seeing this one either.

Daniel Craig will have a problem playing the new James Bond - because he hates guns.
But he doesn't quite hate them enough to keep him from using one to make him a rich superstar. Funny how ideology so often takes a back seat to money.

Roger Moore, who played the superspy from 1973 to 1985, said after quitting the role that he hated "that awful pose" of Bond with his gun which has become an iconic movie image.

The actor later became an ambassador for children's charity Unicef and declared: "Today I am completely opposed to small arms and what they can do to children. I played every role tongue-in-cheek because I don't really believe in that sort of hero. I don't like guns."
I've noticed that regardless of which actor/actress and which movie they're discussing, it's always after they're done with it and made their millions off it that they proclaim their righteousness and preach to others about how much they hate guns. But they don't seem to have a problem playing the part of gun-toting heroes that make them rich and implanting the image of gun-toting heroes in the minds of kids, whom they then claim are the real victims of gun violence.

Celebrities of this sort are rich beyond belief, famous, handsome, sexy, muscular, popular, idealistic... and there isn't the slightest bit of integrity among any of them.

Remember, these people are the Heart and Soul of America!

At least that's what President-Rejected Kerry claimed.
