Hello, my name is Brian. I am new to this sight. I recently came into ownership of a shotgun with the date of 12-20-18??. The last two digits are hard to make out. It has several other markings on it and I am trying to trace it's origin. If anyone has any tips I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

One of many Belgian trade shotguns brought into the U.S about 100 - 125 years ago. The importers, in this case Enterprise Arms Co, could have any name they wanted stamped on them by the small Belgium "no name" arms makers.

It is not safe to shoot with modern ammo due to the Damascus steel barrel construction.

There is little or no collector interest in that type of gun, and as a result, they have little value.

Thank you. It was my great grandfathers and I was just looking for some info on it. You were very helpful. Thanks again.
