I have a couple of ACE cases that are failing. One is split along a seam, the other has a defective zipper that opens on it's own. Before tossing them, I looked up the ACE gun case warranty, and it turns out to be "lifetime".
Of course the receipts for the ACE cases are long gone, and their website states that a receipt is required for their lifetime warranty service.
I'm wondering if anyone here has accessed ACE gun case warranty service without a receipt, and if so, how did it turn out for you?
