Found a great price on one of their versions of the Yaqui slide (which unlike most has a bit of rake/cant) and I am thinking of giving it a shot.

Anyone have negative or positive thoughts on this brand?

Hello friends and neighbors // I carry my CZ75B in a G&G, smooth duty holster.

Rides well, very slim, good snap release but also good retention. I use this because of draw speed compared to other holsters, including the YS.

I also have a Yaqui slide but only use it when I know the CZ will need to be locked in the car at some point. This way I do not have to remove the holster from the belt. (I only like clip on holsters for IWB.)

** My YS looks nothing like the new ones on their site(just checked) so reduce my post to a thumbs up for G&G holsters in general.

Someone brought over a G&G paddle holster he had found at a gun show, but it didn't fit his gun. He asked me to use the paddle to fashion him a holster that would fit his gun.
I found that in taking the holster apart to get to the paddle, the holster was very well made/constructed. Very good materials and the paddle was better than I've seen on any other holsters.
In short, G&G seems to be very good quality stuff imo.

I just recommended G&G in another thread. I stumbled onto one by accident a couple of years ago; I use it now for my CCW and I love it. (4" Security Six loaded with .38 SPL +P's)

I wear my G30 in a G&G 3-slot pancake with no complaints. I think it's a well made no nonsense low cost holster worth more than they charge. AND.. it's made right here in NC so send your business our way

Well I have pulled the trigger on the deal. I only heard of G&G through cleaance sales at CDNN, but I came across this Yaqui slide at Optics Planet of all places for less than $30.

I've always wanted one of these minmalist rigs with retention screws.. and here I found it. Pics to follow when my package arrives.

27 bucks (spent 30 and got free shipping). I need a wider belt but you can see it's got a cut out for the belt loop and a slight 'FBI' cant.

Fits all 1911's and BHP's.

Optics Planet only has these in black.
