You might also want to define "bulk". One man's "bulk" is another man's "day at the range".

1K rounds is how I define bulk.

Sportsman Guide is a lot more than GA or Collins Cartridge Company. Those two are about the same shipped. I guess $480/thousand shipped is the best out there.

+1 for Mastercast; currently all my TARGET/PRACTICE rounds in .38 spl, .357 mag, .44 spl, .44 mag and soon .45LC are remanufactured loads that I bought from him; sent in my brass w/ money order (estimated a bit high) with my order and less than 2 weeks later I get a really heavy box with lots of bang-bang inside and a refund for the difference;

I have only had a few 'bad' loads from him (turns out it was brittle R-P nickel plated brass that cracked after shooting) and these were loaded with jacketed bullets that were loaded a bit hotter than his leadheads; after 3 orders I haven't had any problems with his alloyed leadhead

That suggestion for using MasterCast is a good one. You can but 1000 rounds from them for about $160 as long as you have the brass to send them. The suggestion to reload is an even better one. Reloading isn't hard and you will shoot the best ammo available, your ammo.

Oh I would agree about reloading, but I don't have the space. MasterCast responded to my email right away, but he did not have any brass. So I think I still need to get some rounds and then I'll have some seed brass to send him!
