Any idea what NV scope or the Value of this???

A friend wants to sell me this for my rifle. However he doesn't know what the MFG or model is, so I can't figure out a value for it.

He thinks its a TASCO Gen 1

Other than that he has no idea.

Can anyone ID this and have any idea of a Value to put on it?

Have you looked through the NV scope?
Generation 1 is.... awful. To put it nicely.
With night vision you get what you pay for and if i were you i would not move forward with the trade.
Regardless of the MFG
 
I would be very careful when buying used NV optics. You get what you Pay for & of it were a Tasco I think it would be clearly marked. If you inspected it & used it & like it buy it but I would not bet my life on it nor pay more that $100. Make sure there is a filter to protect from light. Bright lights will tear up nv so research it. I would just go buy a new one & not waste any funds on used nv
