Any IMI Jericho 941 owners here?

I'm looking for info regarding the early Jericho 941. I bought a 41AE conversion barrel out of a IMI Jericho 941 set. The barrel is ported. My Baby Desert Eagle doesn't have a ported slide. Can I use this barrel with my B.E.? The ports are 1/4in slits towards the crown end of the barrel. Any ideas or advice would be helpful.

I found a 50rd box of 41 AE "Samson" brand 200gr FMJ ammo for $25.00. I am gonna try it out this weekend. If anyone is interested, I'll post the results afterwards. Thanks for all the help, and replies. Great forum.

What Caliber is your Baby Eagle?

I'd call Magnum Research and hear their take on it, from the looks of it I'd be a little concerned about damaging the slide. Thoughts of damage similar to flame cutting on a revolver come to mind...
