Any New Scopes Suitable for 300 AAC Blackout?

Wondering if anyone has experience with anything new on the market for the 300 Blackout. I'd like to have a scope with designated drop markings or dots on the stadia wire all the way down the field of view, to maximize long range use with subsonic ammo. Anything new out there?
