Any one else have issues w/ CS @ Altamont ?

Ordered a set of grips for my GP-100, received a package a week later.
Opened the box and immediately i knew something was wrong.
The wood inserts looked amazing but the whole thing looked too small, they sent me grips for a sp101.

Called up and the guy said he would send out a new set "2 day" delivery.
when i called because they hadn't showed up, there was no tracking number.
I asked, "you sent this 2 day delivery right ?" he just ignored me and said ill have them today.(Nice play on words with 2-day and today when it comes to shipping a item express. :rolleyes:)

I did get the new set that day, of course the rubber part had a small cut on them, one of the wood inserts had checkering that was really off center and the rose wood looked like crap compared to the sp101s they sent me(extremely dark with minor color variations).

So i called up again explained my issues with the grip/inserts and he agreed to send a complete new set, I felt like he handled the issue well so i said thanks and had him send me another set of grips for a different gun.

Fast forward 3.5 weeks to today. No replacement wood inserts for the GP-100 and they have the nerve to charge me for shipping(same box they were sending me replacements in because they F'd up my order again).

Now im getting pissed :fire:
The grips for the other gun i ordered do look great but *** is going on here ?
 
So i called again and asked to speak to a manager, apparently the one who i was dealing with was the manager :banghead:
Very robot like in dealing with the issue, no apology or anything... which would be fine if they didnt screw up the order yet again.

Hopefully i will receive the inserts and they will be for the correct gun by the end of the week.
