What part of SW VA.?
Colgard in Norton ,Wise county Va.,is very good at dealing with special orders and transfers.
I have known them for years,and they have always done me right.

Try Whitetail Outfitters in Riner. I've never done a transfer there but I've bought two guns and the owner is a really nice guy that would probably be as reasonable as anyone around.
 
No matter your location, You won't beat the service from Colgard...They transferred two different auction wins from Gunbroker for me over the past 1.5 months. Awesome people...Store has great variety as well.
