Any report on Savage 116SE in .375H&H

Looking at a Savage 116SE in .375 H&H fpr an upcomming hunt this fall.

Anyone have one or have experience with this exact Model? Does the muzzel break work?

Though I have no experience with the "exact" model you're interested in, I do have a Model 116SE "Safari Express", chambered in .338 Magnum that is equipped with the Savage muzzle brake. The brake works as advertised and I like the fact that you can turn it off and on- I leave it on when sighting-in or testing loads from the bench (to reduce recoil) and leave it off when hunting (to reduce ear pain!). I have not noticed any change of point of bullet impact when changing from one mode to the other. Hope this is of some use to you.
