I saw some 7-30 waters brass for sale the other day on midway's website. Hornady maybe. I was shocked!

Wow that is a find. I make a lot from 30-30. Was hard to find for a long time.

I have a 30 Herrett and 357 Herrett that use 30-30 cases too. They fell out of favor moreso than the 7-30w imo. But yeah i was pretty shocked to see them. Now if only i could get some 357/44 B&D cases! Thats the last barrel i bought and have yet to shoot it. Need to squish some 44mag cases into 357 necks.

Ah, Contenders and Encores. Love’em. I have two Contender frames and a bunch of barrels (3x.22rf, 2x.223rem, .38sp, .357m, 7.62 Micro whisper, 2x .30-30, .30 Herrett, .44mag, .45-70, .500S&W, .308win)
My go to load for .44mag is a 240 grain bullet over 18 grains of 2400.
