Any War/Illegal Immigration Connection?

I've been a VERY vocal supporter of the war in Iraq, but am starting to believe some of the conspiracy (corruption based) theories on illegal immigration and using the war as a diversion. Anyone care to discuss? It's just a discussion, right? That's all it is.:uhoh:
 
bush betrayed his party and the country by not energizing repub candidates on border control and illegal aliens and let them eat his partys lunch on the war. a conspiracy of dunces i suppose.
 
I have to concur with slzy, if there is a conspiracy, it is a conspiracy of incompetence combined with a personal vendetta against the late Saddam Hussain.

That does not negate the possibility that both sides of the aisle have found the 'War on Terror' to be conducive to enriching themselves and their friends at the expense of the American people.
 
Iraq war

:barf: I cant stand the Iraq war, not that I oppose all wars, I just cant seem to give a S---T about the iraqi people, and I do not believe it is any of our (Americans) business if Saddam tortures and kills his own people when we can not or (wont) even protect our own border. I know of war, trained for war and of course as a soldier you do not decide what war to fight for. You fight to stay alive and keep the man beside you alive and pray that all go home alive together. You do not have to like it but you have to show up......

It makes me :barf: , and :mad: that we have to have retired servicemen in thier 60s, 70s guard our border cuz our leaders wont take the gloves off and stop the illegals from bringing drugs, gangs and BGs from coming into this country. I salute those men that stand the border cuz others wont.

Then what happens two border agents on trial, the national guard retreats cuz they arent even allowed to protect themselves let alone even actually protect and guard the border. and now the DEMS do not wont even a fence:banghead:

bring the troops home and put them on the border!!!!!!!!!!!!!
