Heck, you can eat for a week and still be under the cost of one round of .308
would remingtons line up of r-15 rifles be considered ebr's
Semi-automatic rifles able to accept detachable magazines and two or more of the following:
Folding stock
Conspicuous pistol grip
Bayonet mount
Flash suppressor, or threaded barrel designed to accommodate one
Grenade launcher (more precisely, a muzzle device which enables the launching or firing of rifle grenades)
So were AR-15 type rifles and civilian AK's (my AK is a 2002 model). You could not, however, get them with threaded muzzles or bayonet lugs, or fit them with adjustable stocks, etc. if they didn't already have them prior to Sept. 1994.Not really sure about the other items on your list, but the M1A isn't technically an EBR. They were available during the '94 ban.
