Anybody *not* resize their .38SPL target brass?

Huh... well I'll be darned. Never heard of that before.

Doubt that I'm actually a good enough pistol shot to notice the difference.

I've tried partial sizing my revolver brass, but it won't chamber. So I continue to FL size and have yet to split a case mouth or have one fail any where else. I'm talking decades of reloading, and the only thing that causes it to make it's way to the recycle bin, is inside mouth wear gets too loose which makes me nervous with magnum or full house loads when bullet jumps up and locks up my cylinder. Oh, I forgot about the now and thenprimer pocket that gets loose.
