ANYBODY! Please Help Finding This Revolver.

Hey guys trying hard really hard to find this revovler.Its a Herbert Schmidt model 11 .22 cal revolver with a 2.5 inch barrel and swing out cylinder.It was made around the early 60's.I have heard that they made a ton of 'em but I can't find any! Please Help! Can anyone help me find one?

I hate to ask, but why?

They were imported by E.I.G., and had one of the worst reputaions for cheap pot metal & low quality of any revolver I can remember.

If you just have to have one, try the gun auction sites.
They turn up every so often, and usually sell for $40 bucks or so if still working.

Thanks alot.I guess I have been looking in the wrong place.As for the why? I own a eig e4 and yes the build quailty isn't great but its accurate and very functional.But it only shoots 22 short and wanted one that shoots 22 lr.

Save some money and get a better .22 LR that will last you a lifetime instead of a few years.
I did the same thing you are doing once and totally regret I ever did.

Hey guys taking chrisf's advise and opting for a better revolver,a H&R 929 sidekick with a 4inch barrel.Seeing the finding a HS libert 11 revolver is looking grim.(A funny question)Does anyone looking to part with one?
