Anyone dealt with ImpactGuns ?

I'd disagree. Every Good Gunsmith I have ever met or dealt with (Yost, Novak, ARS, etc) have been gentlemen in every sense of the word.

Alan (and the other other employees who ripped off my wife) at Impactguns could never be described as Gentlemen without changing the English language.
 
I bought my Baby Eagle 45acp from their online store for $515 shipped with an extra magazine. Considering that the next cheapest that I could find was almost $20 more before shipping without the extra magazine, and that I got it in 3 days, I'm more than happy with them.

I guess the only thing that I can say that's even close to a gripe is that they were convinced that they didn't have any in stock the first time I called, but whoever was on the line the second time I called found a pair in the back that a buddy of mine and I snatched up real quick.

I'd do business with them again.

A smart businessman doesn't piss off his customers. I'm sure a lot of them with let you have it if you pissed them off.

Every time I consider buying anything from them I will research it first to see if they are offering a good deal. I usually deal with craig of maybe gil but if craig is there I will talk to him. He gave me some scope rings for free the other day. I agree with you though. I know when craig took over he got rid of a lot of people and now they offer good service. I used to go in there and the douchebag salesman would be rude and I got crappy service. However the service is pretty good now and if the salesman is rude to me and craig saw it they would be in trouble.
