It seems to be inspired by the crossman 2300, with some improvements. The big one is that there is a rotary magazine. I think that could be nice. The kit also comes with a longer barrel to convert it into a rifle.

It looks sleek and the magazine sounds convenient. I'm intrigued, but they only seem to be available in the U.K. right now.

Been out for a while now under several names, one is the mrodair Master Blaster rolleyes.gif HERE, $150 delivered to lower US. (This same outfit sells the same gun as the Diana Stormrider, actually was selling it before Diana contracted w/SPA to get their name on it. Mrodair sells other SPA airguns as well.)

THIS is SPA's page on the CP2.

THIS is the Artemis site- about as poorly done as any airgun site around, but the CP2 is represented there, too.

Kaybee, no, I haven't held one. I do have the CP-1M though, and they're very similar. By all indications and reports from others who have the SPA CP2 or the mrodair "Master Blaster", they're well made and over all they are said to be a good value. More on the CP2 can be seen if you do a search at GTA. One example is HERE.

This is my CP-1M w/the CP2 stock from mrodair:
