Anyone have a Burris AR-536™ Prism Sight yet?

I'd love to hear some opinions on it. 5x compact illuminated only when you want it to, still works without batteries ultra compact.

No, but I have the 336 model and it seems to work fine. It's not the brightest glass in the world but it's good enough for carbine use. I like the fact that even with dead batteries you still have a usable scope, and little things like the adjustment covers being wired to the body so you don't lose them are a really good touch.

Have a sample on the way, but have not used one yet. Burris was proud of it at SHOT.

man I would have to see that reticle in person before I shelled out bucks for one. That big thick ring has me wary. Too bad they don't offer a different reticle.
