Anyone have experience buying from www.gun-parts.com?

I've never ordered from gun-parts.com (Bob's Gun Parts) before but they have a replacement stock I want.

Before ordering I tried finding a number to call to verify they have the parts in stock but never could locate one, so I faxed my order in on 7-13.

Anyone have experience with buying from them that can let me know what to expect? Based on their site explaining how busy they are I'm not expecting rush service but to date nothing has been charged to my card and I've not heard back.

I've ordered from them a handful of times. They have all sorts of oddball parts. I don't remember much other than they completed my order without problems. Maybe their fax was out of paper at the time?
 
First class people. Last year I was restoring an old winchester and got a stock from them. the stock was incorrect even though the stockmakr said it fit this gun. bob took it back no hassle quick refund:)

Bill, when you had a problem how did you contact them? Glad to hear they were good about it.

Guess I'm old fashioned and like to be able to pick up the phone ;)

I sent them an email tonight as follow-up to the fax, hopefully I'll hear back soon.
 
I don't recall ever seeing a voice number, only fax. But they've had the warning up forever.

I emailed them last night and Bob got back to me today. Part is sold out.

Glad to know, was able to score one that ended tonight on eBay so everything worked out.
