Anyone in Tucson, AZ want to go shooting tommorow?

Hi all!

I go to U of A and was wondering if anyone wanted to go shooting tomorrow or Sunday. I have a map of the National Forest where we could go shooting.

Going to the Marksman or Jensen's to shoot?

I also used to go out near the Marina airport to the BLM land to fire rifles.
Pretty nice area, informal range set up, about 3oom.

Or, there's 3 Points if you want a formal range.

Are you going to Jensen's West or Marksman? I like Marksman myself, larger and closer to me. Too bad Desert Trails is closed Sunday, (last I checked, it was) 'cause it sure is nice out. And they have steel to shoot! I found out after 200 rounds, that steel is fun!
 
Too bad I went out Quail hunting today or I would of joined you.

Getting the itch to give my Browning Hi-Power some range time. Maybe next time.

Thinking about putting together another THR Shoot up in Mesa the 1st weekend in Feb.

Anyone else interested?
 
Many people have made the observation that quite a few gun shop owners are strutting little a-holes with a big gun on their hip and bad attitudes. Marksman in Tucson is a classic example.

I recently moved north from Tucson to the Phoenix area. What's Mandall's in Old Scottsdale?
 
Marksman seemed to be good today at least! The two guys working there were very friendly and helpful.
 
Timmerk - My experience there was about a year and a half or two years ago, so hopefully the arrogant little fool who was behind the counter at the time is gone by now.
