I ask because the black rubber factory grips on it now are secured with fairly small hex bolts, and I believe the Herritt walnut grips I plan to install have much larger holes. The company I'll order the grips from also sells a set of large, slotted replacement screws for only $2.99, and I'm wondering if I should get them.
As always, any help is much appreciated.....

I'd get them, but I insist on slotted screws.

If the screw for the mag catch isnt slotted, I'd get one of those as well. Not many people have a set of allen wrenches that start at .050" and step up in 64ths, and even fewer keep them in their rangebag.

I bought a set of grips from sarco and they dropped right onto my FS Tactical. Had to dremmel some room for the safety though.

The hexes are the same size as the one on the rear sight so I keep it my bag along with all the other tools I might need.

Archers & antique Brit-bike riders do :)

Found it is very handy to have a full set in each range/bike bag, not just for me, but also to help others on repairs ;)
Also pretty handy to have one of those cheap gunsmith screwdriver kits with the bits...
While not what many would consider perfect, far better to have on hand, than to have not ;)

The closer it gets to the time when a major catastrophy is liable to crop up,
the better to have extra tools on hand everywhere...and its been too long...
we're due...unfortunately...best to be over prepared than under ;)
