I looked at their reviews on Gunbroker. 27 negative reviews in the last 12 months. Most dealt with delayed shipping or not actually having the item in stock. Their responses to the negative reviews were what bothered me. Snarky and confrontational.
I have no experience with them nor do I know anyone who has but I wouldn't feel comfortable buying from them. I have no idea why; just a feeling.

They certainly look like they exist unlike many websites that have everything anyone would want in stock, but no "about us" and lots of other warning signs. I agree with Old_Grouch, I wouldn't touch them. You may get what you want from them, but if there is a problem it could be to blame the buyer. Not saying they would or if their would be a problem. I don't know them. Have to say their prices aren't too bad.

Thanks
I was hesitant which is why I asked. Not worth it to save $20 on a new gun.

A few months ago, I bought my Springfield Ronin .45 from them through Gun Broker.com. Had it at my FFL in 2 days, at the time they were no CC fee & free shipping OK to NJ

I just looked at some of those "F" feedbacks on GunBroker.......interesting that nearly all were from buyers with less than five GB purchases.
I'ma guessing they thought guns shipped out like Amazon Prime packages.

I have bought two firearms from Tin Star, one before and one after the Toilet Paper Apocalypse. Service after was not as good - presumably because they were not prepared for the volume of sales. Would I buy again? Yes.

I bought a PMR30 from them a few years ago. I don't have anything negative to say about them. Price was good, Firearm was as expected, and shipping didn't strike me as slow.

Not everyone buys a lot from GB... I usually buy and get better prices at online vendors outside of GB. I, like I expect a lot of buyers, usually only buy hard to get or specific used guns they are looking for on GB. I too only have less than 5 GB purchases, but I have dozens of online firearm buys from other vendors. GB is a last resort for me usually.

A bad review or so does not bother me as much as how a company handles it and tries to make things right within reason. I get that crap outside of their control happens. What's within their control is how they handle it and treat their customers.

I do not care if a company has thousands of flawless transactions. If the can not handle their low percentage of problematic sales respectfully and professionally, I will not do business with them. I have been turned off and went elsewhere a few times for no other reason than I was turned of by argumentative, confrontational, and/or rude responses left by a companies. It's great to hear that there's a high chance that everything will be great, but what if you are one of those unlucky few? Not worth the gamble. I rather pay the few extra dollars for the peace of mind, but that's just me.
