Anyone know what brand the PV 308, 168gr HPBT are?

Powder Valley has these under specials. Factory Seconds. No cannelure. The Lady said she was not allowed to say what brand?

Curious if anyone know what manufacture they are? No picture of them but they all look the same to me,

I think they are Sierra. I compared the base to ogives and they are about the same. I bought 1k a while back and they shoot great .
