anyone make a high quality Kevlar stock for heavy barrel remington model 7?

I have an XR100 that I am thinking about swapping the stock on, the thimbhole is super comfy, but reaching around a rear bag is difficult for me on the stock. I would like something like a B&C or a HS precision with the full length bedding block that mimic's the stock feel of the Sendero or VSF.

so far i am striking out, HS makes one in a sporter weight, but i want the wode beavertail, and vertical grip with pam swell...does this beast exist, or do i need to move to a 700 short action?
