Just wondering.. seem to have decent prices. Any experience with this site... ships to local dealer... and their warranty looks great.

GalleryofGuns is simply the consumer part of Davidson's. Davidson's is a huge firearms wholesaler/distributor. When you buy through them, you're simply having your local dealer that you chose from those listed order the gun from Davidson's. Those dealer they list set thier profit percentages That same gun is likely available from other distributors and possibly for a better price. You're paying for that warrantee and just how often will a gun manufacturer NOT take care of thier product? If that's worth the extra to you, go with them but it may pay (or save actually) to have you're dealer see what he can get for pricing elsewhere.
There...that said...yes, I have purchased through Davidson's but didn't use thir GalleryofGuns method. Simply had my dealer place the order. Those listed on the site weren't close to me and were actually more than what my dealer was.

What Black Hawk said. I have had my local guy take delivery of several guns I bought from gallery of guns. That was before I discovered that used guns are much cheaper,

I'm a Davidson Dealer also. The MSRP listed is a little steep. Even with their added cost to the Dealer you can get a better price than the site lists. Most dealers can shop around sometimes and get a better price.

I like Davidson's because they have real time inventory. If a customer buys from my web store I know that it is or is not in stock even at midnight.

FYI
Lots of the new guns that are for sale on gunbroker come from Davidsons.

The lifetime repair or replace waranty is deffinitely worth going with them. And they back you. I once bought a real lemon and they took it back as a refund. Great Service.

I have used the Davidson's Gallery of Guns site several times as they often offer exclusive runs of Marlin rifles. In addition, they offered some S&W 4006 trade-ins from an Alaskan police agency at very good prices.

On commonly available guns, a dealer can usually find them for less.

I used Davidson's for the first time last month to buy my 1911. The prices offered by the local gun stores through Davidson's is better, at least in the San Diego area, than if you walked into the same store to buy the same gun. I saved about $60.00 doing it that way. It was a no hassle transaction that I can highly recommend.

I'd pay the difference for that especially with Glok.
