In fact, since there's no evidence and it's a blatant rumor with no sources, it probably doesn't belong in General...

It is easily picked apart as irrational fear mongering by anyone who remembers the fact that the House and Senate are controlled by different parties AND that this fact hasn't changed and can't change before the midterm elections in 2 years.
Worse yet, anyone looking at all the material and paying attention would notice that the supporting video is from BEFORE the previous election. Whoever put the confusing rant up isn't even honest enough to use current material to support it or isn't smart enough to hide the outdated nature of what is being used to mislead people who don't review these things critically.
