I have a SLR-107FR on the way. I want a PK-AS to put on it but Tantal is out. I want the one that is offset to the left and sits now, not the PK-AS-V that sits center bore.

Good choice on the original PK-AS mounting position. Isn't there a place - Kalinka Optics or something?
