Willams is about it. The WGRS 54 fits the Tip-Off dovetail so no drilling & tapping is required, and is about as inexpensive a sight as you will find. Adjustments are by sliding against a coarse scale. They make the Foolproof to fit .22 dovetails to get click adjustments, but it is more expensive.
Jim, thanks for the information. I am looking at designing one that would be more along the lines of the AR15 sight. We have finished one for the Ruger 10/22 and it turned out nice.
