Kentucky - I apologize to you and any other members of the forum that took offense at my recent post. I meant no disrespect and simply made a mistake. As to numbers of posts, it didn't give me a clue as some forums have high number posters and do not police as well as the High Road seems to. I include my name to show you and all concerned that I am willing to admit a mistake when made. Good Luck to you and I hope no hard feelings. If I am allowed to continue on this board I will refrain from posting unless, as one noted, I have something constructive to add. Mike Ralston

Wow, I will be the first to say it takes guts to apologize and you are comended for that. We all make bad snap judgements at times.
 
Mike .. we all say stuff sometimes without thought or in the ''heat'' of moment. The mere fact you have seen the possible error of your ways is good enough .... and do not feel the need to refrain from posting .... just remember that THR is something special .. and we are in a sense enjoying an extended family.

Standards are as high as the Road .... or try to be ..... glad you could post your retraction ... I personally am pleased to see that.
 
Welcome aboard gotbass. Don't feel that you need to refrain from joining the conversation due to one early judgement error. Heck, everybody makes mistakes from time to time. (Well, except me that is. I thought I had made a mistake once, but I was wrong. :D )

I don't know what you said, but you seem to be a forum member worth keeping. Takes a lot of courage to admit you said something stupid or mean.

He made a silly mistake that he probably doesnt really NEED to apologise for since it was innocent and without malice.

Good form, I don't know what you said but it takes guts to publicly apologize like this. Stick around and post all you want. I have found a new home here at The High Road, I like the way they discuss things without the usual garbage that goes on with these internet boards. Welcome to The High Road.

Pretty much everyone says something they later wish they hadn't. I know I have, both on and off THR. At least you admit to it.

I am glad you pulled your foot from mouth about Kentucky, knowing when to do so is the mark of an honorable man. Good to have you here and I hope you post often!
