    Boy, you guys are good! Standard and Poor's is already downgrading them.

    NEW YORK, June 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Standard & Poor's has reduced its equity STARS ranking on three casual dining stocks, based on valuation: Applebee's (Nasdaq: APPB - News) from a four-STARS "Accumulate" to a three-STARS "Hold" at $31.08 per share;

    And exactly what badlands of Plano are you in? That's kind of and oxymoron. I grew up there and don't recall anything remotely bad about it. :D
