Apply for CHL when moving in 2 months?

OK, I just got my packet in for a FL CHL. I live in LA (the state, not city) and I'm moving to Texas in about 2 months. I can not apply with Texas info because I dont know where I will be living yet.

Should I apply with my current address and then have me information changed to reflect my new residence? (If this is possible) Will it cost me another $117? Or should I just wait untill I move to Texas?

You'd probably do better to wait it out and apply for the Texas CHL once you are situated down here. Just my .02

BTW, Welcome to Texas! :D
