AR-10 Chamberings

As a follow up to one of my other questions do people have opinions on a good chambering for a AR-10 I am building? I was looking at Noveskes 7.62 Noveske Match Mod 1 or a Krieger with a .308 Spec Chamber. Opinions? Thoughts?

I know armilite offers .300 rsaum with balllistics equal to win mag but i havent shot one bet its loud as H-LL and kick will make followup shots more difficult but i still think its a good round to consider.
