AR-10 Gas Piston Conversion?

There have so many piston-driven AR-10's coming out on the market (LWRC and POF for example), that someone must have thought of a piston conversion setup for a DI AR-10 by now.

Has anyone found one yet? My search-fu is weak. Google finds lots of threads on whole rifles, and searches here produced a thread on FAL's!
