AR-15, is this a good deal?

At a local gun shop, they showed me an Olympic Arms AR-15 for $750. I thought it was new when they handed it to me, but they said it was a trade-in.

It has a 20" heavy barrel, carry handle, adjustable rear sight (and you can flip it between a small aperture, or a large "ghost ring" aperture). Full length handguard (no rails). I'm not sure what model it is. They were telling me what a great deal it is (yeah of course...) and how it would be over $1000 new or even $1200...

I went to olyarms.com, but I'm not sure what model it is... I saw 20" models from $803 to $1100

It has P.C.R 02 stamped on the side. I thought that would be the model #, but maybe not...

You could build a Del-Ton 20" Rifle Kit for less than $600 (~ $465 for the kit, ~ $100 for a stripped lower).
