AR 15 Magazines?

I use a number of different Magpul magazines and have not had an issue yet, but other people don't think all that highly of them.
Who are these people? :D

Seriously, now that I'm thinking about it, every single solitaire thing I have ever reviewed, I have been able to find at least one person dumping on it basically without exception. Except for magpul. I can't recall ever seeing anything negative about them. But I do know for certain it wouldn't be all that hard to find a neg review. It's just weird that I never have...

I like the Brownells mags with tan followers. I like the 20 and 30 Pmags and their 60rd is reliable but too bulky to be really practical, magpul also makes fantastic Glock mags for about 1/3 the cost of a OEM.

20rd bushmasters and 20rd Colts. I have none of the angled Floor plate Colts anymore, a regret. Also I have found Duramags to be excellent quality for 5 and 10rd mags. They are very strong and well made. Good follower, good spring. I'm definitely a fan of duramags now. I like the small 5 and 10' s honestly

I have a couple rifles that take AR mags and honestly the big brands you see in all the stores, they all seem to work fine. When I got my first AR I bought Magpul because that's what the stores near me had. But over time I've switched over to mostly Lancers. Can't honestly say they're "better" but I prefer them. I suspect (but can't prove) that the steel feed lips are stronger and will last longer. I can say that if you drop a loaded magazine the Lancer is less likely to have rounds pop out than a Magpul, or at least that's my experience. And unlike the P-Mags that have a skinny little window you can get L5 Warfighters that are clear or translucent which I like. Lots of colors, too. It's handy for color coding different kinds of ammo.
