AR 15 Upper Receiver Source

I would like a recommendation from you guys on where to purchase a flat top upper for my AR. I'm looking for the stripped upper only and would like to keep it as inexpensive as possible.

My goal is to replace the existing carry handle upper with a flat top for optic use. The gun is an Olympic from the ban era so I don't want to put a lot of money in this.

Also, anyone know someone in Northwest Missouri that would be able to do the work? I don't have the tools and am hesitant to try it myself.

Just about the cheapest that you are going to find without purchasing a used one.

I bought one for a recent build from a company called range tool. It is milspec quality and everything was what I expected. $61 for stripped M4 uppers and $57 for A3 uppers.

would probably check out dsa for a stripped upper and jse for a complete upper.
