Who makes AR lowers with *no* caliber markings on 'em? I need a couple for some buildups....

I've found a couple of sources for Mega lower receivers, which at least can be had with a 'multi-caliber' label instead of .223/5.56NATO. Maybe somebody else knows of another source? Anyone ever use the Mega lower receivers?

I believe the Oly lowers also come marked "cal. multi". At least that's the way my complete Oly rifle is marked.

The BATF requires a caliber marking of some type, as well as a serial number on Commercially built for sale complete lower receivers. We can mark it whatever you want, but we have to put something on it. RB is one of our main distributors. Great folks to work with. feel free to im me if you want more info as well. The other option is an 80% lower.

I bought one of your lowers (Superior Arms) from RB Precision. Very nice I would recommend these.

The issue I have is that nobody seems to offer 7.62x39 markings - just 223, 5.56NATO, 6.8SPC, and MULTI. Of course, I'm the guy with a growing stable of 7.62x39 uppers just looking for a lower that doesn't lie.... :banghead:

Leo - do y'all have any lowers that come marked for 7.62x39?

Leo,
I love the engravings! Especially the Charleston SC PD since I grew up in that area. Hmmm... Wonder if I could get one of those with Ruben Greenburgs autograph
