Hey guys stupid question but whatever... I took off my handguard to put on a Magpul MOE and somehow I managed to put the bottom half in wrong on a weird angle and it got stuck. The delta ring wouldnt move so long story short I had to snap off the hanguard by bending away from the gun. I put the original hanguard is back on I was pretty upset but I just want to make sure nothing else snapped except part of the plastic on the handguard. All the parts on the AR are metal within the area of the handguard excluding the handguard right? Also does anything go in the groove on the underside of the handgaurd on the delta ring side, because right now I can just see the teeth of the barrel nut. Is that normal? If possible, can somewone post a picture of the underside of an AR by where the handgaurd and delta ring meet as a reference. Thanks a lot, appreciate the help.
