I'm looking into getting a complete .22LR conversion kit for my M4A3. I'm not sure which is the best. Anyone have any comments?

I have thw Deiner kit. It replaces the bolt group. Fair accuracy at 50yds, 1.5" average. Easy to install,takes about 3min., a lot of fun. Cost about $190. Will be saving for a dedicated 22 upper,cost about 350$.

Are the dedicated uppers more accurate? Will they cycle the rounds or do you still have to use the charging handle?

Dedicated uppers are really the way to go. No gas tube clogging issues and much more accurate.
As to what is the best you have to ask best for what?
I have a DPMS dedicated upper that I love and functions with even the crappiest ammo on Bushmaster lowers.
Kuhl makes a heck of an upper but it gets pretty pricy compared to the DPMS I picked up.
