AR15 Build Question

I was adding the costs for building or buying my first ar15 and wondered if a bolt carrier comes with a complete upper? BTW im only building the lower and plan on buying the upper

Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. If you are unclear if it does or not just email or call whoever has the one you like and see. Most makers are happy to help out customers.

most reputable retailers will tell you in the product description if it comes with one. From my experience if the price is below say $400, it will not come with the charging handle or BCG.
