ok seeing that obama is now are new um (not going to give him the respect)

and will probably ban most of what the sheeple call "assault weapons"

as long as i have the lower receivers i should be good to go correct?

im thinking about buying

2 rifle lowers
1 pistol lower
and a sbr lower

all from spikes tactical.

i should be able to purchase these all in the same day without a problem correct? except the 3 day wait on the pistol lower and the paper work for the SBR

Depends on your state. The only states I can think of that impose a 3 day wait on handguns, also restrict how many guns you can buy per month. And the SBR lower will need to go through a Class III or similar dealer.

Also, I'm betting that they're going to at least attempt to pass legislation aimed at preventing people from building their rifles. If people really think ammo serialization could happen, it would not be that far off for them to require serialization of all gun parts, and requiring them to be transferred at an FFL.

theres no way of telling.

they could grandfather, they could not. they may specify it has to be in a banned configuration before the ban was in place.

to be short, no one knows untill its put up for a vote. stripped recievers may be grandfathered, they may not

your not typing with a xbox controller so your input is irrelevant

its not panicking its preparing

ehh, should have "prepared" before you see a need to prepare.

though i agree this isnt a panic yet. when the first bill is introduced, then we will see a true panic

over all were seeing a lot of hype and a rise in sales of EBR's but overall its not that big of a deal. the real tragedy in all this is we see how small our supply lines are that we can empty them in a few days
