AR15 Trigger Group Assembly?

Do I drift the pins out from the left or right, and which way do they go back in? The pins are sectioned and I'm not sure if the small section is for the left or right side of the rifle.

On a Colt I drove them out from the left and drove them back in from the left as well. Worked fine.

Which way do the pins go in?

Either way. The section on the trigger pin is supposed to catch one leg of the hammer spring. Keeps the trigger pin from walking out.

The trigger pin has 2 grooves in it; one in the middle of the pin and one off to one side. It does not matter which way it is inserted, though common practice is to insert from left to right, with the groove to the left.
