I'm thinking about picking one of these up, but I'm having trouble finding any actual reviews of them. Do any of you have any experience with them? Should I look elsewhere?

I've owned one, which I sold to a friend who still allows me visitation rights ;) . It was a pretty solid shooter, although I was never especially accurate with it. My friend likes it because he can rapid-fire it even faster than his Glock 17 - he's been threatening to shoot IPSC with it, using several 17-rd South African KRD mags that he bought soon after I sold the gun to him.

I didn't like the finger-groove rubber grips it came with, and I replaced them with a set of Uncle Mike's grip panels for a Browning Hi-Power which fit perfectly and felt much better. I also removed the magazine disconnector, which neither I nor my shooting buddy felt the need to keep. As it happened, the gun fit just right into an open-bottomed holster I had for my Kahr K40. The only other thing I would have changed on the gun if I had kept it would have been the sights, which were a little too small for my liking. All in all, for a $200 gun, the Arcus was an excellent buy.

Ive shot them and actually have one I got used a couple of weeks ago, but its been at the gun doctor getting a triggerectomy.

I shot it twice and it is a great shooter given it needed trigger help.
Ill admit its one of the nicest recoiling 9mm's Ive owned.
It felt like a Ruger 22 with 9mm ball ammo.

Its not as accurate as my CZ's but I really didnt expect it to be either.
The trigger should make some marked improvements to the accuracy also.

Great gun for the money and even for more. I like it..............

Shoot well.

Do a search on here, there's a lot of info. I've been thinking about getting a model 98 for a while now. Either that or a used FEG HP clone for about the same price.

Well, I ordered a 94C, I'll give you guys a range report when I shoot it. Though it will probably be a month or so.....

I have an Arcus with about 2000 rounds through it. The only thing I don't like are the looks of the square slide, but it has performed flawlessly. Recoil is very light and accuracy is very good. What else could you possibly ask for at $249?

I finally got a chance to shoot mine. I'm very impressed with it. Good fit and finish, and I was very pleasantly surprised by the accuracy, especially considering that I got a compact model. I was able to get 8-10 inch groups at 50 yards, and I barely even qualify as a newbie. It never had a hicup in 300 rounds of cheap ammo either.
