Are Hornady's seaters close to Forester/Redding's?

I've noticed Hornady's new style seaters have the sliding alignment sleeve, like the Reddings BR seaters. Are they worth buying? Has anyone tested the runout of ammo loaded with them? The plire is right, thats why I'm asking! Thanks-

The sleeves in the Redding and Forster dies support the entire case during the seating process. The Hornady sleeve only supports the neck, at least on my .30-06 die. I haven't measured the runout so I don't know just how much difference it makes.

I haven't tested the runout on any of mine either, but the last batch of 69gr Sierra's I loaded on it (.223) were pretty accurate. I just bought the upgrade to the micrometer stem and when I get a bit of free time I'm going to play some more. (FWIW)

I use one in 223 too, it loads accurate ammunition. It is not equal to my Reddings though, the biggest thing I miss is the mirometer graduations for load development. The Redding dies also seem just a bit smoother and a bit better made.
