Are Okie headspace gauges trustworthy?

Hey, I was headspacing a just bought Mosin nagant. Now, I have a bolt without an extractor, and a 'new' one WITH an extractor from buymilsurp. (don't ask why...)

I headspaced the mosin with the extractorless bolt with this type of gauge that I bought off of eBay:


The bolt closed easily on all three gauges... and I was not a happy camper....
Then I decided to give it another go, and try again using okie gauges (below), and the mosin passed the no-go test with both bolts.


I'm probably asking a dumb question, but which gauge should I trust!?!??

P.S. The mosin is imported from CAI, if that matters, I've heard that, contrary to their gun builds, their headspacing QC is pretty good

Measure the thickness of the rim on both types of gauges and reference that against what is standard for the nagant (dont know off hand).
